Coronavirus UPDATE

Following news updates on UK cases of the virus and recent government announcements, Mantra Learning and The Job Gym GM remain open for business and are taking all appropriate steps to safeguard visitors and staff to its offices and training facilities at all sites. 

Providing clear information regarding good hygiene practices to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, as well as taking additional precautionary measures regarding hygiene and physical contact, we are continuing to closely monitor developments, review our current response and will act on any further relevant advice as appropriate.

We are following official UK Government and Public Health England advice around personal hygiene and hand cleaning and changes to our operative practice include:

  • Additional reception areas for sign in, to reduce the flow of people in one area at any given time
  • All staff, visitors, and learners are expected to sanitise their hands, on sign in and are provided with guidance on our measures 
  • Smaller class sizes and an increase in space between work stations 
  • Learners and staff are provided with sanitising wipes to clean down their work stations at the start and end of their working day/learning session
  • Learner breakout areas have been introduced to prevent heavy flows of footfall in the cafe at any given time
  • Staff, visitors, and learners are asked to sanitise their hands on leaving the site to prevent any possible infections
