Seeking an experienced Learner Engagement Executive, this role is perfect for someone wanting to make an impact and a difference to people’s lives. Every day you will be speaking with learners from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Empathy is key. You must be able to connect and engage with learners on an emotional level, understanding their needs and have a burning passion for helping people.

 

Under “The Job Gym” brand, we help thousands around the country the gain life skills needed to get into the workplace. Your role is a key part of the learner’s journey. You will be helping and aiding them in their step to be become critical workers. Listening and understanding will play a pivotal part in connecting with our learners.

 

Although expected to work alone, we pride ourselves on our strong and positive team environment. We want an innovator who can work both independently and as an active part of a team.

 

This permanent position is a full time role, based just outside of Manchester. We are looking for someone who shares our vision when it comes to implementing long lasting change.

 

As an FE provider, we have been rated “Good” by Ofsted, we want someone who strives for high performance, who is proactive and thrives under pressure. Learner Engagement Executive Duties:

  • Managing all incoming calls and directing them where required
  • Accepting and closing all incoming queries through thorough analyses of learner needs.
  • Provide a high level of professional customer service
